What’s RemoteLink?

Remote Link is a new service established to fix your computer problems, wherever you are. When you call Remote Link, you’re connected securely to a support technician, who gets to work fixing your computer straight away. There are no contracts, you only pay (with your credit card) when you use the service. When the problem’s solved, you disconnect and continue using your PC as usual.
